HOW DO I MEASURE MY RING SIZE?

I make all my rings using a UK size chart.

• To find out your ring size, you can measure the circumference of your finger by wrapping a piece of string or thin paper around the finger you'd like the ring for. 

• Take note of how long the string is in millimeters, and I can make your ring according to these precise measurements.

If you know your Pandora ring size, I can also convert this to suit ME pieces. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I gladly accept returns, exchanges & cancellations.

• Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

• Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery

• Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. This does not apply to re-sizing.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
